1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Tofan_Trade Engine's signals, dashboard, Signal Copier, or any related service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Risk Disclosure and Privacy Policy.
2. Our Role: Technology Provider
Tofan Trade Engine operates as a technology provider. We do not act as a counter-party to your trades, we do not make a market, and we do not take the other side of any position you open. Execution happens at your own broker or venue, under your own agreement with them. We generate revenue through technology fees, data subscriptions, and liquidity provider referrals, not from client losses — our commercial interest is in your continued use of the platform, not in your positions moving against you. Nothing we publish is financial, investment, or tax advice, a personal recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument.
3. Eligibility and Intended Users
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use trading-related services in your jurisdiction to create an account. This platform provides tools for accessing high-risk derivatives and digital assets and is intended for experienced traders. By using it you confirm that you have the experience, knowledge and financial capacity to evaluate and bear the risks involved, including the total loss of your deposit.
4. Acknowledgement of Risk and Limitation of Liability
All trading involves significant risk, including the potential loss of your entire deposit. By using this platform you acknowledge that you trade at your own risk and that trading decisions are yours alone. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tofan Trade Engine, Tofan_Trade Global Ltd, and their officers and employees are not liable for trading losses, or for indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the platform or from information published on it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing in these Terms limits your rights under any mandatory consumer or investor protection law that applies to you.
5. Subscription Plans
Access to signals, the Signal Copier, and related tools is granted according to the plan you subscribe to. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled; lifetime plans grant ongoing access under these Terms as they may be updated from time to time.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to redistribute, resell, or publicly republish signals or performance data without written permission, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
7. No Financial Advice
As set out in our Risk Disclosure, nothing provided through the service is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own trading decisions.
8. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tofan_Trade Engine and its affiliates are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
