What Tofan Trade Engine Is
Tofan Trade Engine operates as a technology provider. We do not act as a counter-party to client trades, we do not make a market, and we do not provide financial advice. All trading involves significant risk, including the potential loss of your entire deposit. Our platform provides tools for accessing high-risk derivatives and digital assets, and is intended for experienced traders who understand those risks. We generate revenue through technology fees, data subscriptions, and liquidity provider referrals, not from client losses. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, or for indirect or consequential loss, arising from decisions you take using this platform. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
General Risk Warning
Trading forex, gold (XAU/USD), and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Leverage can work against you as well as for you, and it is possible to lose more than your initial deposit. Before trading, consider your investment objectives, experience level, and risk appetite.
Signals Are Not Investment Advice
Signals, indicators, and analysis published by Tofan Trade Engine are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.
Past Performance
The performance ledger and win-rate statistics shown on this site reflect historical, closed signals logged in our system. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Market conditions change, and a strategy that performed well historically may not do so going forward.
Automated Execution Risk
The Signal Copier executes trades automatically on your connected MT4/MT5 account based on engine signals. Automated execution is subject to technical risk, including but not limited to connectivity loss, broker-side slippage, and requotes. You remain responsible for monitoring your account and setting appropriate risk limits with your broker.
Custody — Where It Applies And Where It Doesn't
Tofan Trade Engine does take custody of funds you deposit directly onto the platform, allocate to an Investment Plan, or route through the Managed Pool. These are recorded as segregated client money: every deposit, withdrawal and fee posts automatically to ringfenced client accounts in a double-entry ledger that is structurally separate from our own operating and revenue accounts, and no entry can be recorded unless it balances. Client obligations are reconciled against our customer balance system independently, so any discrepancy between what we owe and what we hold is surfaced rather than absorbed. Two limits you should understand precisely: this is segregated accounting and independent reconciliation, not a statement that client cash sits in a separate client bank account at a custodian bank, and segregation is not deposit insurance — it does not protect you against trading losses or against our insolvency. Account Management is separate and non-custodial: our team trades on your own regulated broker account, and your capital never leaves it. Funds you keep at your own broker or in your own wallet, and our platform-managed staking pool (separately and explicitly disclosed as custodial before you deposit), follow their own respective models described elsewhere on this page.
No Guarantee of Profit
No trading system or signal provider can guarantee profits or the avoidance of losses. Fixed-risk framing (a single stop-loss and take-profit per trade) is a risk-management method, not a guarantee of outcome.
